Will this wire cutter cut through barbed wire?
It depends on the thickness of the wire. These are rated to cut through materials 2.4mm/0.09in diameter, up to 46HRC.
Will these cut through galvanized nails and brad nails?
The multi-purpose cutters will work for smaller sizes but not for bigger nails. A better option would be the H.K. Porter compact bolt cutters CT0890BWC and CT0890BCA.
